How to use/install trainer: 

1.Download the .exe file (the trainer)
2.Put the .exe file Modern Warfare 3 into  game directory or at the desktop (It doesn't really matter)
3.Launch game and trainer and make sure Numpad is ENABLED.
4.Here you go, Activate the features using the hotkeys as shown in the trainer.
